The Auto Club Of Southern Calif is seeking an Insurance Service Specialist to provide insurance service and clerical support to agents and members in branch offices. You will answer questions, take payments, counsel, and make changes to Property & Casualty policies.

Training is provided and there are benefits and an incentive program based on performance. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working in a sales environment strongly preferred.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office software products.
• A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, superior organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining superior customer.

• Maintenance and servicing of insurance policies.
