Job summary

Confie is seeking Insurance Agents to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers at our Moultrie, GA location. The role emphasizes relationship-building, meeting sales targets, and providing knowledgeable guidance on suitable products.

The position offers uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, ongoing training, and a comprehensive benefits package in a growth-oriented environment. On-site work with a strong support network is provided.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required or preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurately record currency transactions and deposit receipts with documentation in the agency system.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.

The pay range for a Sales Agent is $12.50-$15.87 + / hourly

Our Compensation package includes a competitive base salary + monthly uncapped commissions + renewal commissions + monthly bonus incentives

What You Will Do:

• As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible primarily for the sale of nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels in order to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet the agreed upon production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions as well as timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in agency management system.
• Connects very quickly; builds and leverages client relationships. Ability to educate and advise the customer on which products best fit their needs

The Perfect Match:

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Sales or customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
