Pay Range

For an Insurance Sales Representative, starting at $14+ per hour. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, monthly uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonus incentives.

Responsibilities

As an Insurance Agent, your primary role will be selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet or exceed sales goals
• Build relationships with existing customers to meet production targets
• Accurately handle all currency transactions and timely deposit of funds with proper documentation
• Quickly connect with clients, educate, and advise on suitable products

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (not required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Sales or customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to build relationships and follow up effectively
• Ambitious with a desire for advancement
• Excellent communication skills
