Pay Range: $15 - $18 hourly, plus base salary, uncapped monthly commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonuses

What You Will Do
  • Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers
  • Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Build relationships with customers to expand business and meet production targets
  • Accurately process transactions and ensure timely deposits with documentation
  • Educate customers on suitable products based on their needs
The Perfect Match
  • Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (not required)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent follow-up, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ambitious with a desire for advancement
