The Tyler Johnson Agency, in partnership with Farmers Insurance, is launching an Insurance Sales Trainee program designed to grow your skills in sales, client service, and advisory capabilities. You’ll learn to identify needs, tailor coverage, and drive client success in a supportive, goal-driven environment.

Prior insurance experience isn’t required; we provide training, mentorship, and resources to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate client relationships through networking and referrals.
• Consult clients to assess insurance needs and recommend coverage.
• Educate customers about Auto, Home, Life, Business insurance.
• Foster lasting client connections with service and policy reviews.
• Pursue sales targets while developing professionally.
• Stay informed about Farmers products, licensing requirements.
• Use CRM tools to track leads and interactions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure outstanding client experiences.
