Afni, Inc. is looking for Insurance Sales Agents in Tucson to be the first point of contact, building policies to meet customer needs and guiding them through decisions. The role includes paid training with Insurance Licensing, and on-site work at Pantano and Escalante.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, assist with policy building and quoting, and adapt to a fast-paced environment while meeting quality standards and shift requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and empathetically.
• Comfort with problem solving and learning new processes.
• Willingness to learn insurance concepts, licensing, and systems.
• Proficient with computers and navigating multiple applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service through inbound interactions.
• Build auto insurance quotes by asking questions and using answers.
• Explain products, coverage, and policy details to customers.
• Navigate multiple systems to access accounts and complete transactions.
