Job summary

Michael Beiser-Farmers Insurance Agency in Missouri is seeking a motivated sales professional to connect clients with insurance programs that fit their needs. You will create tailored quotes, present options, and close sales, while leveraging provided leads and a flexible full-time schedule.

Ideal candidates bring prior sales experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive, coachable mindset.

Qualifications

Prior Sales Experience preferred.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency, confident and works well independently.
Must be highly self-motivated, possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and analytical skills.
Genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Ability to follow up and exceed current and prospective client expectations.

Responsibilities

Create tailored quotes directly with clients that align with their risk profiles, present sales options, and close sales.
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Treat each customer contact as a cross- and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referral sources.
Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
Quote and sell life insurance.
