You will mentor new teammates while balancing independent work with team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in B2B sales or client-facing roles.
• Mentorship or coaching experience is a plus.
• Excellent communicator who builds trust naturally.
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-person sales.
• State Health License or willingness to obtain (licensing support provided).
