Job summary

Brightway Insurance is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Specialist in our Rockledge, FL office to provide exceptional service, analyze clients' needs, and recommend suitable policies. This role emphasizes sales and relationship building with clients.

You will quote and sell products, explain policy details, assist with applications and paperwork, and collaborate with underwriters to finalize terms. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Florida insurance license (2-20, 20-44 or 4-40).
• 1–2 years Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Experience.
• In-office Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm EST.
• Must be 18 years old.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze data and inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Quote and sell insurance products to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide recommendations.
• Explain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients.
• Assist clients with applications and paperwork.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately.
• Stay updated on industry trends and policy changes.
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions.
