Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or associate degree preferred but not required.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role strongly preferred.
• Insurance, risk management, or entrepreneurial experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound client requests via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Resolve questions and concerns efficiently while delivering a consistently positive experience.
• Accurately document client interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Proactively connect with clients through outbound outreach to review policies and identify coverage needs.
• Educate clients on products and solutions that align with their goals and circumstances.
• Support policy renewals and retention by helping clients understand the value of their coverage.
• Partner with internal teams and Agency Owners to deliver seamless service and improve workflows.
