Qualifications

• Sales experience in goal-driven environments is preferred.
• Comfortable with outbound calling, prospecting, follow-up, and asking for the sale.
• Motivated by goals, measurable results, and performance-based compensation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and willingness to receive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, prospect for new business, and contact prospective and existing customers.
• Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend insurance products.
• Follow up on leads and quotes and ask for the business.
• Work toward activity and production goals across Property & Casualty, Life, and Health.
• Build customer relationships with professional, accurate communication.
• Conduct account conversations to identify needs and opportunities.
• Maintain documentation and follow through on commitments.
• Contribute to agency growth and long-lasting customer relationships.
