Qualifications

• Insurance experience preferred, but other consultative sales backgrounds are welcomed.
• Ability to build relationships and identify coverage needs.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing customers and become a trusted resource for their insurance needs
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer’s situation, priorities, and potential coverage gaps
• Recommend appropriate insurance products based on customer needs
• Quote and sell auto, home, renters, life, health, and other applicable State Farm products
• Proactively follow up with prospects and existing customers
• Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through additional products and coverage
• Generate new business through referrals, follow-up, networking, and outbound activity
• Maintain an organized pipeline and consistently follow through on customer commitments
• Provide a high level of customer service while working toward individual and agency goals
