Job summary

AL BOWLER INSURANCE AGENCY, INC. is seeking a friendly, career‑oriented individual to join our team as an Agent Team Member in Alaska. You will build and develop customer relationships to promote State Farm auto, home, and life insurance products within the Eagle River area.

You will respond to inquiries, develop leads, schedule appointments, and market products while achieving sales goals. The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and a proactive approach to business planning.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred and a track record of meeting quotas.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about insurance availability, coverage, and billing.
