Job summary

Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is hiring life insurance agents for a long-term, fully remote role. You’ll earn performance-based compensation within a proven system that helped grow a 40M/year agency.

You’ll meet clients virtually, build relationships, educate families on life insurance, and conduct tailored presentations. Responsibilities include managing your pipeline, ongoing training, and maintaining professional standards while operating under a state license.
