Job summary

Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is hiring life insurance agents for a long-term home in a fully remote role. You’ll meet with clients virtually, learn the proven system, and access comprehensive onboarding and ongoing mentorship.

We offer industry-leading compensation with commissions and bonuses, plus ongoing training and leadership development opportunities. Remote, U.S. only, performance-based opportunities with flexibility in schedule.

In this fully remote sales role, you’ll earn industry-leading compensation and tap into the proven system that built Equis into a $40M/year agency in less than a decade.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Educate families on life insurance products and financial protection strategies.
• Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client's needs and goals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
