Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is seeking life insurance agents for a fully remote sales role. You will engage with clients virtually, present tailored life insurance solutions, and manage your own pipeline while receiving industry-leading compensation and ongoing training.

The position emphasizes a flexible schedule, strong commissions and bonus opportunities, and access to a proven sales system used by 1,000+ agents nationwide. U.S.

In this fully remote sales role, you’ll earn industry-leading compensation and tap into the proven system that built Equis into a $40M/year agency in less than a decade.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Educate families on life insurance products and financial protection strategies.
• Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client's needs and goals.
