You will tailor protection plans, explain policy options, and build lasting, trust-based client relationships in a welcoming community environment.

The role offers a flexible Mon-Fri schedule, PTO, potential WFH options, and hands-on training to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology.

Responsibilities

• Meet with community members to discuss their financial goals and insurance needs.
• Develop personalized protection plans that help clients prepare for their future.
• Educate clients on how various insurance products can safeguard their families and assets.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships through consistent, thoughtful check-ins.
• Network within Lakeville and the surrounding areas to build a consistent pipeline of new client opportunities.
• Provide ongoing service to help existing policyholders adjust their coverage as life circumstances change.

Minnesota Property and Casualty insurance licenses.
