Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is seeking life insurance agents for a long-term remote role. You will meet clients virtually, educate families on protection strategies, and present tailored life insurance solutions. The position offers performance-based compensation, onboarding and ongoing mentorship, plus opportunities for career growth.

Remote U.S. only with flexible schedule and a proven system used by 1,000+ agents nationwide.

In this fully remote sales role, you’ll earn industry-leading compensation and tap into the proven system that built Equis into a $40M/year agency in less than a decade.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Educate families on life insurance products and financial protection strategies.
• Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client's needs and goals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
