The Highland Insurance Group, based in Baton Rouge, LA, is seeking an Insurance Sales Producer to help clients protect what matters most while growing a personal and commercial lines book of business.

Responsibilities include lead generation, needs assessment, quoting, and building lasting client relationships to drive retention and renewals. Licensing and a proven sales background are required, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active Louisiana Property & Casualty or Life & Health license required.
• Proven sales experience in insurance, financial services, or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with hunter mentality and goal orientation.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and prioritize leads.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
