Advantage Group in the United States seeks an Insurance Sales Representative dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most by tailoring insurance solutions. This is a performance-driven full-time opportunity with uncapped earnings.

You will build relationships, complete needs assessments, guide clients through underwriting and policy issuance, and participate in ongoing training with licensing support; flexible options include remote, hybrid, or field work

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify clients’ financial protection goals.
• Present and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and policy reviews.
• Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and policy issuance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
