The Oscar Arnold Agency in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to handle outbound client interactions, quote, sell, and bind insurance policies. This is an in-office role with strong lead flow and a structured environment designed for success.

You will follow up on internet leads, are expected to meet sales activity goals, and receive coaching and training to grow your income and career. Health and retirement benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines Licenses is a Plus, or must obtain before start (Licensing Assistance provided)
• Strong customer service mindset with a desire to help clients
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
• Comfortable introducing additional products and making recommendations
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability
• Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM systems

Responsabilités

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to quote, sell, and bind insurance policies
• Consistently follow up on internet leads, inbound inquiries, past quotes, and win-back opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools to track activity and maximize conversions
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions, focusing on value over price
• Deliver a high level of service to both new and existing clients, including post-sale support and policy reviews
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and production goals
