Virginia Farm Bureau Family of Companies is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent in Winchester, VA. This exempt role reports to the Agency Manager and requires travel to meet clients, with a base salary plus commissions and a generous first-year earning potential.

The agent will service an existing book of business, cultivate client relationships, and pursue growth opportunities within the Frederick County community. Comprehensive benefits, paid holidays, PTO, and training support are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have Property & Casualty license and Life, Health & Annuities license, or ability to obtain these.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build member relationships.
• Self-motivated with strong drive to meet goals.

Responsabilités
