Responsibilities

• Conduct high impact policy reviews to upsell, cross sell, and retain clients.
• Negotiate policies confidently while aligning with company guidelines.
• Follow up relentlessly—leads, quotes, renewals, and referrals.
• Execute marketing and lead generation strategies to dominate your local market.
• Deliver strong customer service that turns clients into long term relationships.
• Maintain accurate documentation and sales activity records.
• Use data and market trends to identify new revenue opportunities.
