Job summary

Confie is seeking an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers from its nationwide network of locations. You will leverage a high-volume inbound flow and walk-in traffic in a vibrant sales environment.

We offer sign-on bonus opportunities, comprehensive training and licensing, and a generous benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and occasional incentives. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus as is a Personal Lines or P&C license.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (but not required).
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet production goals.
• Build relationships with clients and educate on products best fit their needs.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely deposits to the bank.
