The role offers base pay with uncapped commissions and bonuses, and a path toward six-figure earnings with high performance. You will prospect, follow up on leads, assess client needs, and present relevant Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Health, and Business coverages.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in building relationships and closing deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to obtain required Washington insurance licenses.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and lead generation.
• Contact prospective customers, build relationships, and follow up on leads.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
• Sell Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Business, Life, and Health insurance products.
• Develop new customer relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Overcome objections, ask for the sale, and work toward production goals.
• Identify opportunities to meet customers' broader insurance and financial-services needs.
