Freeway Insurance is growing and seeking an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto policies to new and existing customers on-site in Miami, FL. You will build relationships, meet sales targets, and ensure deposits and documents are entered accurately in our agency system.

The role offers uncapped commissions, monthly bonus incentives, ongoing training, and clear paths for advancement within a nationwide broker network.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required or preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate currency transactions and timely deposits with documentation in the agency system.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
