Job summary

Freeway Insurance in West Monroe, LA is seeking a Sales Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will build relationships, meet production goals, and work on-site with comprehensive support and ongoing training.

The role offers a base salary plus monthly uncapped commissions and renewal commissions, plus monthly bonus incentives; full benefits, 401K, PTO, and growth opportunities within Confie and its family of companies.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or strong customer service background.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong follow-up and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Keep accurate records of currency transactions and deposits in the agency system.
• Educate and advise customers on products that fit their needs.
