The Aaron Kretzer Agency of Farmers Insurance in Parker, CO is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to serve clients across personal lines and life products. This is a full-time role with an uncapped commission plan on new business and a fixed $50,000 salary.

You’ll join a proven agency with two decades of growth, with structured training and leadership support. Responsibilities include client communication, policy management, relationship building, and claims support.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in a sales, customer service, and/or client-facing role.
• Colorado P&C insurance license, or willingness to obtain prior to start.
• Colorado Life & Health license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Provide accurate information on insurance products, coverage options, and policy details.
• Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, endorsements, renewals, and claims processing.
• Process insurance policy applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately.
• Maintain organized client records compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and proactively identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Assist clients with the claims process and liaise with carriers to expedite resolution.
