Job summary

Cambecko Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join a State Farm Agency. You will identify potential clients, assess needs, and present tailored insurance solutions to help customers achieve security.

As a self-starter in a fast-paced environment, you will build a robust client pipeline, close sales, and maintain ongoing relationships while ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous State Farm sales experience required.
• Property & Casualty License required; Life/Health license obtainable after hire if not present.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads to build a robust client pipeline.
• Conduct consultations to assess clients' financial goals and insurance needs.
• Educate clients on auto, home, life insurance products and tailor solutions.
• Close sales and finalize insurance applications.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for retention and cross-selling.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
