You will work with local customers, achieve sales goals, manage a pipeline, and provide a positive customer experience as you learn and earn through base pay plus commission and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Strong drive to build a career in sales; proven success in sales or lead conversion is an asset
• No prior insurance experience required—sales mindset is key
• Willingness to obtain required Property & Casualty and Life licenses upon hire (existing licenses are a strong asset)
• Highly motivated, confident self-starter who thrives working independently within a local agency in Clinton Township, MI
• Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline, consistently follow up, and close opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on influencing and results
