A-MAX Insurance in Sherman, TX is seeking an insurance sales agent for an in-office role. You will advise clients on policy options, process quotes, renewals, and payments while building a client base through networking and marketing.

A strong customer service mindset and communication skills are essential. We offer hourly pay with uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, and paid licensing assistance.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Assist customers with insurance needs (new policies, edits, payments, renewals, reinstatements).
• Prospect new clients and develop clientele through networking and marketing.
• Handle administrative tasks and coordinate with underwriting on policies.
• Inspect vehicles and assess insurance risk based on condition and other factors.
• Support daily office routines and contribute to marketing efforts.
