Job summary

A-MAX Insurance is seeking motivated individuals for an in-office Insurance Sales Agent role. You will help customers with new policies, edits, renewals, and payments, while building a client base through networking and marketing.

The position emphasizes a strong sales mentality, organizational skills, and customer focus. Training is provided, with licensing support and career growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensing in Texas (P&C) preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Customer service and sales experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new policies, editing policies, payments, renewals and reinstatements.
• Inspect vehicles to assess insurability as an insurance risk.
• Develop clientele through networking and marketing with the office team.
• Handle policy renewals and coordinate with underwriting to complete policies.
• Perform daily administrative tasks and support office operations.
