A-MAX Insurance is hiring for an IN-OFFICE Insurance Sales Agent in the Bellaire/Houston area. Earn hourly pay plus uncapped commission with weekly pay. We provide extensive training, licensing assistance, and a supportive team to help you grow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Holding a Texas Property & Casualty License is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance needs including new policies, edits, payments, renewals, and reinstatements.
• Inspect vehicles to assess insurability as part of risk evaluation.
• Develop clientele through networking and marketing with office manager to attract new customers.
• Handle administrative tasks, policy renewals, and underwriting communications to complete policies.
• Support daily office duties as needed.
