Nate Reighard State Farm in Fort Pierce, FL is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative to help you get licensed, selling and servicing. We provide paid training, licensing support, and hands-on coaching so you can build an insurance skill set while you earn.

You will quote, write and service multi-line policies, set appointments, and meet weekly sales goals. This role offers base salary plus uncapped commissions and licensing path with State Farm-independent contractor structure.

Qualifications

• Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred — insurance training and licensing provided
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
• Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
• Comfortable balancing sales goals with day-to-day customer service
• Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Responsibilities

• Quote, write, and service multi-line insurance policies as you build a complete insurance skill set
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and customer records in the agency system
• Meet weekly and monthly sales and service goals
• Round out existing customer accounts by identifying coverage gaps and cross-selling during reviews
• Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and warm follow-ups
• Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately
