Responsibilities include building relationships, meeting outreach and production goals, participating in training, setting appointments, and keeping accurate records in the agency system.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required — we will train you.
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses.

• Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships through consultative conversations about coverage needs
• Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
• Participate in product training and licensing coursework
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
