No prior sales experience is required—the company will train you. You will obtain insurance licenses, work with a team, and develop strong phone communication and proactive outreach to advance in a growing agency.

• Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
• Participate in product training and licensing coursework
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
