gobravvo in Germantown, MD is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative. This full-time role focuses on selling insurance and financial products, with on-the-job training provided for new hires. You will work in a fast-paced office, supported by a leadership team to help you grow and succeed.

You will develop client relationships, present solutions, and pursue networking opportunities to drive sales and service excellence, while maintaining strong customer support and compliant records.

Formación

• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license (training provided).
• Ability to obtain Life & Health license (training provided).
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Develop insurance quotes tailored to the needs of prospective and existing clients.
• Present insurance solutions, conduct sales presentations, and close sales transactions.
• Establish and nurture client relationships, providing regular follow-up and support as needed.
• Engage in ongoing networking to generate new business opportunities and referrals.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to all clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Develop and present financial service opportunities to both new and existing clients.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company standards.
