Job summary

Rise Financial Group in Idaho is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative & Trainer to drive sales and lead training across the team in a hands-on, in-person environment. You will coach new hires, monitor performance, and develop curriculum while collaborating with sales leadership to meet ambitious targets.

This full-time role offers weekly draw plus commissions, licensing support, and ongoing development to help you grow within our expanding company.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in face-to-face environments in insurance or financial services.
• Strong background in sales training or coaching with onboarding success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to motivate others.
• Growth mindset with ability to learn and teach sales processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with using CRM systems to track performance.

Responsibilities
