Job summary

ACG is seeking a full-time Insurance Sales role in Heathrow, FL, offering base pay plus incentives and full benefits. This relationship-driven position emphasizes building a client base through outreach, referrals, and community engagement, with a ramp-up incentive to support early performance.

Typical starting earnings range from $75,000 to $80,000+ per year, with additional ramp-up and performance-based pay.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments for selling S/M products.
• Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products; meet or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews, identify coverage gaps, and quote, bind, and issue policies.
• Build and maintain rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries promptly, and support customer satisfaction.
• Prospect, engage with local branches and community events to develop new business and referrals.
