Job summary

ACG in Raleigh, NC is seeking a driven sales professional for a full-time, on-site position at 1480 North New Hope Road. This role offers base pay plus incentives and full benefits, with a strong ramp-up through training and commission potential.

Qualifications

• Active state Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active state Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments.
• We provide training to help you get licensed and confident in the role.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance, memberships, and financial products; meet or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct insurance reviews, identify coverage gaps, quote and issue policies per guidelines.
• Build rapport with members/clients, respond to inquiries with professionalism.
• Prospect and engage in local events to expand referral networks and cross-sell opportunities.
