The ideal candidate has a strong sales mindset, excellent communication, and reliable transportation. Licensing assistance is provided, and the position offers hourly pay with uncapped commission, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service or insurance sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required.
• Texas license (Limited Lines or Property & Casualty) is highly preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong written, verbal, and people skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and learn company software.
• Continued licensing courses may be paid for by ALPA to maintain license status.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new policies, edits, payments, renewals, and questions.
• Inspect vehicles to assess insurability as an insurance risk.
• Generate prospective client lists and develop clientele by networking and marketing.
• Handle policy renewals and coordinate with underwriting to complete policies.
• Support daily office duties and housekeeping tasks.
