ALPA Insurance in Texas seeks an Insurance Sales Agent with a strong sales mindset and customer focus. This IN-OFFICE role involves assisting customers with new and existing policies, processing payments, renewals, and inquiries while you develop a local clientele through networking and marketing.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, strong written and verbal communication, and demonstrates independence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid Texas license (Limited Lines or Property & Casualty) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance needs and new or renewed policies.
• Collect payments, process edits, and respond to questions.
• Prospect new clients and develop a local client base through marketing.
• Perform daily administrative tasks and collaborate with underwriting.
