Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Texas Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with various insurance needs and policies.
• Inspect vehicles to assess risk and eligibility.
• Develop clientele by networking and marketing with the office.
• Handle policy renewals, payments and underwriting communication.
• Perform daily administrative tasks and office duties.
