Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid California Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
• Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong written, verbal, and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance needs such as new policies, edits, payments, renewals, and questions.
• Inspect vehicles to determine insurance risk suitability.
• Network to develop new clientele and market to attract customers.
• Handle policy renewals and coordinate with underwriting to complete policies.
• Assist with daily housekeeping routines.
