A-MAX Insurance is hiring for an in-office Insurance Sales Agent in Fort Worth. You will help customers with new policies, edits, payments, renewals, and licensing support, while building a client base through local marketing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid Limited Lines or Property & Casualty license in Texas (preferred, but not required).
• Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Basic computer knowledge and good written/verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance needs, new policies, renewals, and payments.
• Inspect vehicles to assess insurance risk levels.
• Prospect new clients and develop a customer base through networking and marketing.
• Perform administrative tasks and coordinate with underwriters for policy completion.
• Support daily office operations and policy renewals.
