Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through prospecting, networking, and CRM-based opportunities.
• Conduct needs analyses to recommend Home, Auto, Life, or Commercial coverage.
• Quote, bind, and issue policies while meeting premium targets.
• Maintain relationships to ensure high retention and cross-selling.
• Assess client risks and advise on coverage limits and exclusions.
