Job summary

Confie is seeking an Insurance Agent in Speedway, IN to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will handle high volumes of inbound leads and walk-in traffic, with a sign-on bonus opportunity and comprehensive paid training.

This full-time role offers a strong compensation plan with unlimited earning potential, a 401K plan, medical/dental/vision coverage, and a supportive mentorship culture. Licenses are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurately process currency transactions and deposit documentation in the agency system.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs
