Farmers Insurance - Oklahoma is seeking a motivated Sales Producer to join our high-performing team in Texas. You will use provided leads to market, sell, and build strong client relationships while offering our comprehensive product portfolio.

This in-person role emphasizes meeting monthly sales goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ideal candidates have sales experience or a client-facing background, strong communication skills, and are coachable.

Formación

• Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus.
• Insurance experience is preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• General Lines licenses are a plus and can be pursued with company support.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business growth through inbound and outbound sales strategies.
• Generate quotes, follow up with leads, and close personal lines insurance policies.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
• Cross-sell and upsell existing clients to deepen relationships and boost retention.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals since compensation is tied to performance.
