• Meet or exceed new business production goals and objectives as established by the agency.
• Develop accurate insurance quotes, deliver professional sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop and maintain networking relationships with industry professionals to generate referrals and new business opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to convert opportunities into policy sales.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance products, services, and company guidelines.
