Job summary

Allstate Insurance Agency - Rajesh Khullar is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency with community relationships and national brand support. You will engage new prospects, educate customers on protections, and build long-term relationships with trusted advice.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals through new business and cross-selling, qualifying leads, and offering Allstate products that meet needs while providing a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred.
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus)
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
